Licensing & Copyright Transfer

Upon successful purchase and payment:

• Full copyright ownership of the purchased digital files is transferred to the buyer.

• You (the buyer) may use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the purchased images or recipes for personal or commercial purposes, without credit required.

• The seller (photographer) retains no claim or ownership rights over the files once sold.

However, the buyer may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or offer the digital files “as-is” (e.g., reselling the same file downloads on other platforms).

• Use the purchased work in a way that violates local laws or misrepresents the original creator.

This ensures you have full creative and commercial freedom, while maintaining fair use practices.
